He will die before jinwoo could see him. They didn't even met the day he died. If I'm not mistaken. I just forgot some details I've read on the novel, gomen ne... :,(

So sort of a spoiler from the novel so here's yer warning if you don't want to know don't read on. So even though he dies when the ending comes around everyone who died will be alive again since he'll have made it go back to before the gates and such ever appeared and make it so they don't which saves their world. So all this unhappy stuff is temporary c:

So like everyone who died even the chairman (the old man I forgot his name(￣∇￣") will be back to life????

Yeah, it would be like the gates never appeared in the first place so anyone that died because of the gates, the magic sickness, ect. they all are alive. No one but whom Jinwoo lets remember will have any inclination of that having ever happened. It was an interesting ending, but throws ya for a loop. Can't wait to see how all the events going forward are drawn *~*
