I don't think you ca' really take into account their ages or their relationships because Greek mythology is messed up, most of the gods weren't born as babies while they could grow, they weren't as defenseless when they were born. Also there's so much incest, it's almost normal. You just have to accept it, if you question it, you'll just end up with nothing but a headache.
