Every time I reread this, I’m just thinking to myself that this had the potential to be EXTREMELY creepy. The first chapter is honestly really creepy if you read it as a one shot. When the friend warned Chika that Yamada was slowly getting closer to his house, that’s honestly terrifying. And him being under the bed?????? YIKES
