it is something in real life tho. if u have so much contact with violent people ur body refuses to do the same i myself am like this. my family always was violent verbally and and sometimes physically (to their kids)but i cant talk back when people talk shit to me and im 20. is some sort of trauma, i cant put myself as the person who makes someone feel as bad as ive felt. also if ur parents who love u as everyone tells u, u think love is violent
