I have been reading this on the official site from the first day it was released. And the author is an amazing person. It's her only work and she is very dedicated to it.

Talking about the characters. Yes, all the characters from the webtoon resembles some or the other kpop artists. And author-nim has already said that BTS members and other kpop artists are only her inspiration in making characters, and other than that the artists have nothing to do with the webtoon.
