A father is someone who's basically a "sperm donor" whether hes an actual one or just another word for someone who got ur mum pregnant, a dad is someone who raises and cares for you. Hence the saying "Any man can become a father, but it takes someone special to be a dad." At least that is what I think
no. that's why they're only called as a "sperm donor" because they are NOT A FATHER. It's basically just like getting an intrauterine insemination. the previous king did NOT contribute to dylan's upbringing hence he ISN'T A FATHER. he doesn't even DESERVE to be called one.

My biological father never contributed to my upbringing either but I still recognise that he is my father since he and my mum created me together, my step father on the other hand is someone I consider a dad as he's been with me all my life
that's YOUR situation, but with dylan's situation he doesn't even have a step father, so he obviously didn't receive the fulfillment for that lack of affection. your situation is different from him, so stop thinking about what it is like for you. think about what it is like FOR HIM, bc we're talking about DYLAN. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
