No, she did not want to destroy Dylan's future. If you see in chap 40 pg 4, it clearly states that she wanted to execute the emperor using JUSTIFIABLE REASONS. She wanted to expose the imperial family and wanted to behead them for their sins in the public which would gain the trust of the people and the soldiers/knights/servants which would be favorable for Dylan when he inherits the throne. However now, Dylan would only seem as though he recklessly usurped the throne. ( chap 40 pg 61-64). BUT DYLAN DECIDED TO MAKE THE KING A SWORD as he thought it was a better punishment for him and a satisfying revenge for the FL. (Chap 40 pg 19 - 30)
Tho running away wasn't the best choice, she couldn't help it because she was scared. Dylan was a monster from the start however, she was the one who released that hidden monster AKA "tamed" him. MOREOVER, even though Charlise lived twice, she firmly believed that no human should be made into a sword, even though it was coincidence that Dylan did that, not only it terrified her but also brought back her trauma.
