So Tokio says he loves Ren but I think he is receiving comfort and kindness when he is at his most vulnerable state, he is being heard and seen... But I would hardly call that love. I don't believe in love at first sight, love happens though time and over coming struggles and tons of issues for me... I might just be cynical though...
