I would choose the unintentional rapist(who is willing to let go the dog, because he wants the dog to find happiness) than the intentional murderer (who would kidnap and tie him up naked because he doesnt want anyone to have him)
Tbh I will prefer a rapist rather than a psycho, the rapist is having a small super small character improvement, but the sheep is still fishy.
