I'm on the fence about Anna

I don't agree, I think him and Anna are perfect for each other. But I would like to know why you prefer him with i'm assuming Nightingale?

Honestly I would have preferred a Harem end with Roland being with Anna and Nightingale. But I know that's not how this is going to end it looks like he will be with Anna, but I think Nightingale would have been better. This is actually meant when people say opposites attract, its not meant to be taken literally like the opposite sex they mean personality. You can share some interests though. When you have to much of the same relationships tend to not work out. Anna is highly intelligent but I think Nightingale and Roland would be a better match, I mean they already are practically she advises him and they are in total synch he knows he can do things because Nightingale is there. This is just my opinion, he probably gonna end up with Anna.

That's what I think as well. I see why they choose Anna but I much prefer Nightgale for the same reason. I also think Anna as a child compared to Nightgale

I see your point of view but alot of the achievements wouldn't have been accomplished if it wasn't for Anna, so regardless of Nightingale's "advice" it would be null and void if Anna wasn't there in the begining to spearhead alot of those advancements. But to each their own ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I could say the same thing about Nightingale, all the witches came to him from traumatic situations so it's understandable that they all feel a sort of loyalty to him and want to help him in any way they can. To me Anna's relationship with him feels more natural yes he started out as her savior but eventually their relationship matured to be one of equals. Whereas if you compare Ronald's relationship with Nightingale it's more of a devoted servent trying their best to satisfy their master so as not to be thrown away. It seems like it could never be an equal partnership that's need in a romantic relationship. If you observe the way she looks at him it goes beyond admiration and encroaches into obsession territory in my opinion, and a relationship like that would never work out.

I took offence because we all have an opinion and most Nightingale shippers with Roland have accepted the fact that Anna with probably end up with Roland. What you said was basically we are NUTS. What Nightingale has is called a CRUSH, I am not sure if you ever had a CRUSH on someone but it doesn't always have to be obsession. No she is not a fan all she has ever done is try to support Roland and the other witches. Has she ever tried to a kiss Roland? No, has she ever tried to sleep with Roland? no, Does she watch him bathe? no, has she ever tried to come between his relationship with Anna? no as a matter of fact she supports his relationship with Anna.

I don't mind admitting fault if some took my comments as arrogant because it's hard to convey nuance in text so there's that, also as I stated before I couldn't see where those shippers were coming from so, I was genuinely asking for reasons why you'll hold those views. *The whole thesis of what I want to say is if you understood the definition of obsessive you would not have said that about Nightingale. You quote chapter 86 are you serious you know we are up to chapter 282. Much progress has been made after chapter 86. Nightingale even in the last chapter shows support for Anna and Roland. Is she spying on them through the window? No, does she watch him while he bathes No, she takes missions away from him and shows independence. Yes she spends time with Roland but a Crush has developed into a friendship. Yes friends can share Skinship, massages, holding hands, princess carry, kisses on the cheek, hair brushing, head pats etc.. Roland will always have a place in her heart but it is an unrequited love. Plus in many chapters you can see Roland staring at her boobs and blushes and in one chapter he closed his eyes when she was close as expecting her to kiss him but she didn't, she understands Anna is his girl and does not cross that line. As I have stated before I do not prefer one over the other I dont usually enjoy Harem endings however in this instance I would prefer a Harem ending with Anna and Nightingale ending with Roland I read on the webtoon comments that the Author actually wanted the Harem ending but his wife urged him to keep Anna as the love interest.
