It's because Jinhao switched Yi Yuns sperm with his at the very beginning so now we are speculating that the sperm that was left there is actually Yi Yuns
This maybe a spoiler but someone in the comments linked the raw and in the picture the baby has a little tuff of blue hair poking out of his hat. So I’m kinda assuming tbh.

I want Yi Yun to take back his child but at the same time I feel bad for the Aunt because she’s not able to have a kid but... not if she’s just using the baby for nefarious reasons to get the family inheritance. Also I’m shore that Feng would have been alright with donating his sperm to her if they’d asked as he’s not to bothered about the inheritance.
