Seriously, art and the consumption of art has no obligation to be moral. Since we had the brain capacity to produce a fictional thought, we have been depicting all sorts of messed up things like murder, cannibalism, and taboo sex acts in art. Part of taboos is exploring them in fiction. Imo this manga isn't even that good or well written, but it's tagged and marked for its content.
