Does it still count as a BDSM play if it doesnt have pain though? I'm sorry if this sounds stupid but i'm genuinely curious!

Yeah there is different plays that don’t involve pain such as degrading people and using warm wax. Honestly I don’t have a lot of knowledge on the topic so don’t take my word for it heheeheh

BDSM has several different meanings and dynamics intertwined together. I'm a sub in my dynamic with my dom which is where the d/s come into play in BDSM. I don't like pain so our play scenes often use light bondage or verbal degradation. Just because you enjoy being submissive doesn't mean you have to enjoy pain. People who are sadist or masochist can still be apart of the dom/sub dynamic but they just enjoy more serious plays like impact play, needle play, rough bondage, etc...I am definitely no expert and there are several different things that go into bdsm but I hope this shed some light on your question.

Well, an example of painless bdsm would be unending pleasure or teasing yet not being given a chance to c*m.
