SEME is clearly not judging him, he's just saying this because he's fed up from his emotions.
He literally did something which he never wanted to do For UKE, and that's why SEME is pissed at himself.
Thanks for your feedback, I though more deeply about the context, and you're right, he said it because he can't believe what he is living. And that's super hard for him, because it's something usually rejected by society.

Wow, we can't judge just anybody. Whatever they or us choose to be like, it's our problem. Like, we can have 20 sex partners if we want, and that shouldn't be a problem.
