Hmm yeah, delivery service, mafia setting, breast size, hiatus... Pretty similar.
jk for me they're pretty different, mostly in their storyline (Black Lagoon has arcs while Gangsta. is just one big arc) and also in their character diversity (Hiroe Rei loves strong heroines - or drawing boobs, it works too - while Kohske has quite a lot of different characters)
Well the biggest difference is still the setting (real world vs fictional world)
