so both jinyao’s and yi yun’s families released statements about rourou being their child, so now jinyao and yi yun’s grandparents are trying to figure who rourou really belongs too. (but the answer is that he belongs to both of them!)

reporters keep on asking lingwei about the whole issue trying to get answers from her but she refuses to answer to try and make the press less interested in the story.

jinyao’s aunt took yi yun’s sperm that was being held and had an incubator baby with it. she didn’t know the sperm was yi yun’s because at the beginning of the story jinyao secretly switched his sperm w yi yun’s which was how rourou was born and is how jinyao is rourou’s biological father. and they kept yiyun’s sperm hidden away but still labeled as jinyao’s which is why jinyao’s aunt used it.

and rourou calling the duck big head is a possible foreshadowing that the new baby will be rourou’s legal little brother and that jinyao and yi yun will raise him.

Yes The baby who is coming is Yiyi's biological baby, the same way Rourou is Jinyao biological son.
But at the end of the day they are both Rourou parents and hopefully the newborn will join them soon
