Not everyone knows about pixiv and how to use it, and the uploader already put credits of the artist and author and asked everyone to leave heart and like to both.
Mangago is a bigger platform to share the dj and fic because it’s easier for others to find what they like, and if we are talking about permission not even third the mangas that are on this website are posted with permission so saying something like this on an illegal website is indeed irrelevant.

Why did you even upload this, it can be fully read on the artist's account, for free. Did you ask for their permission??
