Since this is translated from korean, he probably adds some more sensible suffix to his name, but cuz english language doesn't have many suitable ones to translate it into, the translator probably just chose to go with mr. :DD
The one thing I really want is for him to have dropped the "Mr." in front of Raymond's name :/
