Not sure which ep but he’s never actually hated her but he was a bit put off by her behavior but then when the other girl reincarnates into her body he says something about her gaze being different and he becomes interested in her but basically his explanation is that it’s hard breaking out of old habits and so that’s why he seemed mean to her. they have a conversation about it and then basically get together

.The reason why he hates the FL at first is because of her family. Her father supported another prince to become a crown prince instead of him. ML's mother manipulated him, saying how ungrateful the FL's family for supporting another prince beside her son. It's like her ego was hurt because her 1st born son and the 1st born prince (the ML) wouldn't become a crown prince. So yeah the Queen hated FL's family and the King.
