So I read this weeks ago and I forgot to put it in my reading list and now I can't remember the title. It's BL, the setting is high school. It's like 19 days vibes but there are only two main characters. The other guy works part time at a restaurant as a pianist and has a crush on his female boss and the other guy is has a brother and his father is actually a director of a hospital. Later on they found out that their fathers were actually connected and friends with each other but had a problem that had a effect on their friendship. One scene was like their hands were glued to each other so they had to live with each other for days. Thank you!
