this isn't specifically yaoi related (though ukes with this face are cute) but more of a general question about anime/manga. I get a lot of replies on questions on this site so I figured I could get the answer here.
But cool beauty is universal. I've read enough manga to see a fair amount of cool beauty types in Josei and shoujo. A few men are refer like that too. More than being pretty, they are the stoic, and usually independent type of women and stereotyped as a non-lover of cute and sweet things. As for ojou uke, it has an equivalent heroine type, just remove the 'uke'term.
