"he got caught in the moment" isn't an excuse , like, we can say "Yahwi was got caught in the moment and had sex with Jooin, when he was drunk" ? Cain and Yahwi didn't have both Jooin permission.
Even if its true. Punishment for kissing without permission is mandatory restrictions and fine with an apology and punishment for penetrating without permission is imprisonment for life, that is the difference between the nature and extent of their crimes. Yahwi is 1000x bigger shit than Cain.
