From what I could tell from the authors note. Jihyun probably raped Chiwoo that's why he had severe trauma.

oh, there was also a part in the scene where the chiwoo's pants at the bottom had blood on them and it wasn't from the glass. It was probably from the forced entry which caused the blood at the end.
I'm confused about one thing what did jihnyun did to chinwoo? They keep saying " i won't forget what you did to me" but i can't seem to find what he did, he beat him in that cafe/karaoke place, is that what they are talking about or I'm missing a piece?
