Ok so I guess the author decided to end the manga with all their friends dead...never mind how they're gonna explain the deaths to everyone else...Is the uke ever made aware of their deaths? Does he ever regain his memories? Is he an even bigger pyscho than the seme?

Yes everyone remaining is killed in front of uke while they were busy doing that and uke remember the past too wait for next chapters the remaining past is there.
