iirc kay used to work with vasya in the money laundering bussiness or soemthing i don't remember what exactly but they worked together. Kay is an fbi agent so that whole thing was an undercover job i guess, and now he's coming to arrest him because he has enough proof of his crimes (i think he used yoon to get info, vasya also used yoon for info about kay lol)
