are you talking about the chapter where the seme is drinking himself into a stupor? Because that part where Osanai was a ghost and fading away was a DREAM! I don't want him to be dead either and I don't think that he is. The seme just dreamed that he died.
Yeah it is. When the seme says "i love you, i forgot to say it earlier" then the uke says "I know" how he would know what the seme dreamed? otherwise the dream was real and the real dream was the last part and the spirit of the uke was in his dream too.

First boom he's dead, wtf? then oh! it was a dream, what a relive! and at last that subtle clue that you can overlook and leave you thinking and suffering. I mean if he is dead say it clearly, dont do that. Its hard to believe that he is refering to another chapter, besides I think the seme had already said that he loves him before so make no sense. My saving hope is that you can seen the uke's head, just a sliver, in the last panel and so I take that as he's alive

As I said, I think its a trick of the mangaka to tease us and make us think and suffer, and anyone can interpreter it as they want or can. Anyway, I think that that chapter comes of nowhere, abruptely and has no place in the story. Its like she/he suddenly decided to write that kind of story and forced into it.

Osanai has to be dead. Otherwise, if he was alive, he wouldn't have known that he told the seme that he loves him. The fact that Osanai was fading away in the last few panels reinforces this idea.
