Not 100% sure, coz I too read it from a spoiler.....He's not the baby's dad. In fact he never even slept with the uke . He's doing all this coz he loves the uke and wants to stay by his side . And the office guy (u know the CEO looking one ) is supposed to be the real dad. He's a not saying anything coz he's afraid of admitting his feelings towards the uke .
