The seme's family didn't know about their relationship yet. Those people in the hospital in the first chapter were the owner and his colleague (?) from the shop the seme worked at. And yes, he did regain his memory ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Did he actually regain his memories though??? cause the seme was saying that he had to introduce him to his family, but from the first(?) chapter, the parents already knew about their relationship.
