Yes, kind of. But it's like a good ''jail', everything he needs is prepared bcs he is injured at that time and the media is going crazy because of the whole serial killer mess. So Metternich intends to "hide" him until the shits calming down.
Metternich also comes by every night and tells him the news outside, everything except one, the thing he's preparing He is gentle the whole time and Louis surprisingly is fine and receptive of it... except the fact that he couldn't get out, of course.

Yes he did find out. Louis himself told him that he was drugged. I don't think it was explicitly stated that Metternich regretted thinking Louis has done it with other guys before, but afterwards he becomes very gentle and even protect him from media. He was, of course, incredibly happy when finding out he was the father of the baby.
Funny thing is, Louis himself was unaware of that fact until the very last moment in the novel. He still thought the father was Marquis Ilail or smth (bcs he is the only one in the imperial family that has red hair). But then the baby is born and looks too much like Metternich; and also the countess (that was kicked out of the wagon that night) mischievously told Louis the truth

But before that, shits will get real messy. Louis conflicted with his feelings, about the whole white rabbit play, and whether he will get rid of the baby or not. The crown prince will find out about his pregnancy, but not knowing that he is the father. Louis gets kidnapped by the serial killer, etc. I think someone's already elaborated it in previous topics.

By the way the crown prince's name is not Maetel Metternich, lol. Maetel (메텔) is like a 'nickname' or something. His name is Metternich Karen Trujaina (or whatever 메테르니히 카렌 트루제이나 is).
