Inso's law kind of is the only isekai novel i know about that tackles that insecurity of suddenly being transported back to the original wordl. I think in most of these stories this one included they just assume they are dead in the original world and are just making the best of their day to day life. We can only plan for what we have control over so what is the point in worrying about being suddenly snapped back. She has no idea when or how that could happen so her only option is to plan for the definite future she knows and that is when they are 18 the Prince will meet his fated one that will cure him so she is just hanging on like a nanny or friend for him until then.
Kill the villainess is also an exception where she tries to back to her original world. I haven't read inso's law yet. thanks for the recommendation.
