I usually do too! But that's not necessarily what Yuri is talking about. If you went to a formal wedding you wouldn't just put on what's clean. You pick a formal outfit for the event. Or if you're meeting someone you want to impress, you might put more thought into wearing something nicer. It's also about what setting you're in.
Different business environments might call for different attire as well. This applies to what Yuri said about the empress being approachable vs being a conquerer.
So hey, day to day? I'm just going to keep wearing what's clean. But going to a business event? I'll put on slacks, blouse, and maybe blazer depending on if there are clients there or not. Going on a date? I dress up to boost my confidence and impress (and I'm married, but still do it :D )
