From the very first time that i watched DNA, i really got mad because sawamura was the mc but the spotlight was always on furuya. That's why i was so happy after watching act 2 and then i started reading the manga. I'm so proud of my baby eijun. Oh, i mean i think we all are. Because we saw him not just once but many times overcoming his yips. So, all i'm asking for the author is not to take that spotlight from him.
Everyone likes the second season and act 2 more 'cause the 1st one Sawamura was more like a comic relief and tbh i didn't like it TwT but i'm proud that his team started to aknowledge him.. it was only chris senpai but then everyone started to rely on him more

Me too, I felt really disappointed with chapter 253 and 254, like Sensei didn't let Eijun have his well deserved attention after pitching the whole 9 innings and winning against a powerhouse. It swiftly moves on to the other characters, which frustrates me. I barely see him on the latest two chapters, damn.

Sawamura didn't get an interview, so does Amahisa, although he is a great pitcher himself. Maybe standing on Koushien stadium really differ how each pitcher was treated, which is why sankou batter wanted to go to koushien, so the world can get to know amahisa.
Even after lost to sankou before, furuya still gets an interview. that's just how much Koushien worth.
I feel sad for Sawamura because I am little disappointed of this chapter! No hug him and no cheer up to him. No interview with him. not same with Furaya.
