No, they’re both reindeers. The blonde guy made a joke saying the reindeer is Rudolph and then said he’s also Rudolph. Emphasis on “also” meaning he’s also a reindeer.
The title “Rudolph” is referring to most likely the black haired reindeer not the blonde haired reindeer.
