The arc they are at now is AL Livi half brother started the “ end of the world” which was his end goal in all of this and we learned about where Nike powers originated and how powerful she really his. Basically the end of the world was starting giant storms natural disasters whole world in chaos, AL did it to meet a girl from his past who saved him lol he got crushed by rocks too and was dying. Nike being righteous told him she would change his view on the world blah blah blah and wanted to save him. Nike meets her ancestor who is the protector of the world ad holds back the “darkness” which AL just unleashed lol. This mans lived for long time and doesn’t have much powerful left, and Nike is the only one who can become the next protector. Well betrayed us and decided to save AL ass and the world instead of staying with Livi . So she became the protector and now basically doesn’t exist. Two months later Worlds back to normal and Livi is broken boy and hates AL and blames him. Wants to kill him but can’t so now they are gonna have a conversation next chapter. This was a horrible explanation lmao a lot has happened.
