There are two yaoi manga's I can't remember, please help me.

1. Two childhood friends one with a mole and does everything he says when his friend touches it.

2. A guy sleeps over at his boyfriend's place and drinks the hot chocolate that the boyfriends brother gives him only to realize he is drunk on rum. As punishment, the couple makes out with the brother tied up to a chair.
