Oh yes, if a person has sexual relationship with someone that is directly related or so close (as in family members/ close relatives), then their children most likely have recessive disorders. To make it more simple, it means that their offspring inherit two copies of abnormal gene. (I believe that because parents' genes are so close to 100% match with one another. As the result, It caused genetic mutation and the child comes out to have some diseases and abnormally physical appearance/development).

Whether is it bro x bro, sis x sis, bro x sis, I feel like it is okay. But only when it is real love! None of that nasty pedo stuff or when someone can't consent or it is too sexual when they are young. And that they don't have biological children.
