because it's fiction and for our own entertainment. of course in real life, love is love and it doesn't matter who is top or bottom and should not be seen as objects. but that isn't the case, so people have preferences on which character they would like to see as the dominant and submissive.

Yaoi is a visual art. It's ok to have preferences like in any art. I think the blonde will make an adorable uke, but it's ok if someone would prefer the other way.
