I think Senpai has already realize his feelings for Mori - he just isn't an emotional person and doesn't like expressing that sort of stuff, thus why he hasn't said it. Idk his thoughts and stuff lately make it seem like he knows he cares and he is fine with it, so I think the biggest problem him just not expressing it haha
