take a break from bl, go easy reading on bl and dont be fixated on the genre. I mean nothing wrong with reading one genre but if it's leaving this much effect, you probably should take it easy.

I get what you are saying, but I just think that when watching straight romance I can notice all the bad things it used to do now, like mysogenism is everywhere

I'm not saying read straight romance, take it easy meaning as in don't read too much bl consistently. yea multi genre is better but if you can't bring yourself to read anything besides bl, take a break. BL also has misogyny, 95% of the time reading bl some problematic stuff comes up, like excessive possessiveness with manipulation comes up often and it's even seen as a good thing in bl.
