According to the novel and wiki that I read....
His younger twin brother, Jung-Woo, there is a theory that he can be revived because his soul is spilt into two and Yeon-Woo needs to retrieve it in order for his brother to be back. Another spoiler is that their parents are the Gods from the 98th floor (The floor of the Gods and Demons, I think?) and their parents happens to be Kronos and Rhea, who escaped the tower and the reason why their mother had fallen sick in the first chapter because Rhea's powers can't stand her divine power since she's not in the tower anymore to contain it. The reason why Hermes is looking after Yeon-Woo in the later chapters is because he knew that it's his uncle.
