They’re using a certain throat they used to use a lot it’s still do sometimes specifically either in anime or manga girl like the trope in the personality that they’re kind of dipsy And stuff like that and I agree with you fucking don’t like it it’s probably cause we don’t see it that much anymore because our generation legitimately cannot handle that shit because it’s stupid but like they turned it down a lot I can tell but it’s still annoying
