i would say he is more dumb and realistic than heartless
realistically speaking we would all rather get away from strangers calling us husband/wife/my love than deal with probable psychos
but seriously he should have predicted his grandfather showing up like that
and instead if abandoning her should have let her stay in a seperate apartment so he can know shere she is instead of abandoning her like that and panicking over his current situation with what seems a healthy grandfather
Not only heartless but this guy is also dumb, he didnt even think that his grandpa would try to see his granddaughter-in law again after the wedding
