Nah, The story itself is not confusing. It's pretty generic tbh. But Shouji/Sadaharu thing is the only thing I didn't understand. The seme just being jealous with himself, but why uke got sadaharu's other messages later?
My guess is Shouji in the earlier page texted his friend. Sadahiro and Shouji are different person. Maybe Sadahiro is the black haired guy's prospective bf? Bcos he wants to escape from 'sweet cage'.
Have you read the Chinese scanlation? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see any other (relevant) guy. And pretty sure Shouji is Sadaharu. Then again I don't understand the language so I can't say for sure. Hope someone actually have the RAW not the Chinese scanlation :/
