Which one
The movie has the same name as the manhwa.
The movie isn't an adaptation. They were both written at the same time, the author of the manhwa was on of the two writers for the movie.
They both got released in 2012 but filming began in 2011, I don't know when drawing started.
There's also a movie adaptation of it!
