its honestly kind of difficult- since iro was drunk, the boss should have definitely rejected iro (drunk people can't consent) but at the same time, iro was the one being pushy. i don't think it was right for the boss to engage in any sexual behavior with iro while hes drunk (even if iro was being persistent), but i think whether its sexual assualt would be up to iro and how he feels once hes sober. though if the boss kept going (like he was about to before iro passed out), it would 100% be rape
