Theres a few ways
Desktop:
On any manga you can go to the far right in the middle there will be something like "tags for this manga" and you can click the tag you want to view as well as seach a tag up
For mobile version just scroll down till you see it
You can also view tags that you used for a manga going to your homepage then under any of your (want to read, reading or already read sections) there will be a layout of all the tags you've used and it'll say "My tags"
You can type into your browser mangago.zone/tag and it'll pop up
You can do the same with list tags it'll just be under a different section
