The ml and the mc were highschool sweethearts(senpai/kouhei) the kouhei was smol and cute and always thought they were together because of how he looked. The senpai then goes to foreign country for his further studies. After long when the kouhei is in uni he receives a text from the senpai about his return and panics thinking senpai wouldn’t like him anymore because of his growth spurt and muscular body. Pretends to be friends with senpai and acts like he isn’t in love anymore. Tries to matchmake senpai with a girl. Gets sad. Senpai then tells him he didn’t get together with him because he looked cute but because he enjoyed his company and looks doesn’t really matter and loves him the same.
