Typical Cirrus. Only thinking about himself. He didn't take Skylar's feelings into account at all. I think he just assumed he would be fine with it because he's gay. He couldn't have known the kiss would trigger some ptsd, but it was still a pretty shitty thing to do without at least getting Skylar's consent first
