It seems like it. Doesn't seem like they changed that much though. The only one who has a noticeable difference atm is Rubia. I usually not a stickler for art changes but preferred the previous art style more, she looked like she actually belonged in the story if that makes sense.
The art changed. Probably different artist. But it's not quite noticeable because they still used original art for flashback.
i'm so gassed for the new season but the art isn't making me smile
