i can't seem to remember this shoujo manga, I'll try to explain as clearly as possible...
It was a short shoujo manga where there's a hamster-like girl and a snake-like boy. The girl's parents were kinda acquainted with the boy's parents cuz the boy was rich. Throughout middleschool she didn't have any friends bcuz of the boy; he used to order her around and like she also kinda kept him in control. In highschool she applied for a different highschool than the boy so that she would have a good highschool debut but the boy applied to that highschool.
It was a really nice read but i forgot the name （￣へ￣）
